At the Master Oncology meeting organized by the Association for Medical Research Development and Education (TARGED) in Sarigerme on September 22-24, Nesiller shares the paper titled “Evaluation of the role of comprehensive genomic profiling NGS test in cancer diagnosis and treatment” with the participation of Dr. Gülay Özgön.

The paper is a retrospective evaluation of our NGS FOCUS tests that have been run in Generations laboratories since 2021. The poster details the three most commonly ordered tests in our laboratory, for which we have provided results for more than 800 patients. As a result of these three NGS studies with different characteristics, genetic alterations leading to various treatments were detected with high sensitivity in approximately 32% of our patients.
