QUALITY POLICY

Achieving the basic standard level is not enough to make a difference. Our targets are: to prepare for tomorrow and provide outstanding diagnostic tests and advice, to achieve more than the expectations of our patients, clients, MDs. Our approach to quality focuses on customer satisfaction, being served as a model in laboratory processes and clinical applications and continuous improvement. As a result, our quality programme is extensive, sensitive, caring and solution oriented.

Since 2009 we provide routine and personal genetic diagnosis, genetic consultancy and continue education services for patients, doctors, hospitals, clinics and other laboratories with our ISO 15189:2014 accredited center compatible with  Health Ministry Genetic Diagnosis Centers Regulation.

We are well aware of the high responsibility we undertake. Diagnosis and scanning have major importance in medical applications of genetics which is necessary for the protection and recovery of individuals’ and generations’ health.

While performing genetic diagnostics and scanning tests, even the smallest mistake may cause severe problems resulting in inaccurate treatment, medicine and decisions.

At this point, service quality, faultless, certain and reliable results and transfer of these results in an accurate way, security and privacy are highly important in Nesiller Genetik. We never compromise our quality management system and technical competence which is in strict compliance with our ISO 15189:2014 Medical Laboratories Accreditation.

Within the frame of external quality control, we have INSTAND Certificate External Quality Assessment, EMQN and CEQAS (a member of UK NEQAS consortium) Online EQA Assessment certificates. Additionally, Nesiller Genetik is considered in compliance with ISO 9001:2008 quality standards’ requirements.

Nesiller Genetik is also eagerly pursuing the target of maintaining and developing its technical competence and  quality management system.

ISO 9001: 2008 accreditation emphasises the importance of having accurate protocols. What does ISO accreditation mean to you?

Being ISO certified guarantees improvement in our services thanks to regular quality testing. This reaches out from continuous controls in our lab procedures to develop our own procedures and provide higher quality advice for patients. It also means continuous staff  training.
