Cancer is one of the extremely worrying diseases at the present and significant improvements are achieved in detecting it in healthy individuals, patient follow-up, new generation treatment methods, early diagnosis in addition to understanding of cancer’s pathogenesis.

In this process, Nesiller Genetic (which has for many years a comprehensive experience in diagnosis and consultancy) aims to help and serve better via joint project developed with Genomic Tumor Council. This joint project takes its inspiration from multi-diciplinary point of view and “tailor-made” (personalized) medicine.
Genomic Tumor Council (GTC) is a platform that serves genetics and oncology diciplines’ perspectives together as a medical service and aims to provide professional support to variety of audience; from cancer patients to healthy individuals who may be under risk, from relatives of cancer patients to institutions providing diagnosis and treatments.
Increasing number of genomic tests which have gone lately into clinical use requires genetic based knowledge and consultancy in terms of utiliy and interpretation. And this is Genomic Tumor Council’s field of specialization.
The mission of Genomic Tumor Council – where we are a project associate – is;
- to evaluate genomic data and suggest the most suitable treatments in order to help cancer patients’ recovery
- to set up a substructure for cancer patients so they can benefit from each others’ treatment experiences
Genomic Tumor Council’s aim is not only to ensure the application of accurate diagnosis and scanning tests in time and to amass relevant treatment experiences but also to provide professional support to cancer patients in the most economical way.
