Jahrestagung der ESHRE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Wir berichten von <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/feed\/hashtag\/?keywords=eshre2023&highlightedUpdateUrns=urn%3Ali%3Aactivity%3A7079382385670127618\" data-attribute-index=\"0\">#ESHRE2023<\/a>\ud83d\udce2<br \/>\nDie Pr\u00e4implantationsdiagnostik (PID), die seit ihrer ersten Anwendung im Jahr 1990 eine wichtige Rolle unter den assistierten Reproduktionstechniken spielt, erm\u00f6glicht es, genetische Anomalien w\u00e4hrend des IVF-Prozesses zu untersuchen und gesunde Embryonen f\u00fcr den Transfer auszuw\u00e4hlen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Auswirkungen der Trophektoderm-Biopsie f\u00fcr die PID auf die Gesundheit von M\u00fcttern und Neugeborenen wurden von Prof. Dr. Cynthia Sites von der University of Massachusetts er\u00f6rtert, w\u00e4hrend Prof. Dr. Willem Verpoest von der UZ Brussel \u00fcber seine Erfahrungen mit Gefrier-Auftauverfahren f\u00fcr Embryo-Wiederholungstests berichtete.<\/p>\n<p>Es wurden 585 Transfers nach Biopsie mit 2191 Schwangerschaften ohne Biopsie verglichen, um die Auswirkungen von Trophektoderm-Biopsien, die zur genetischen Untersuchung von Embryonen nach dem Einfrieren w\u00e4hrend der IVF entnommen wurden, auf Schwangerschaft und Geburt zu untersuchen. Im Ergebnis der Studie wurde kein Unterschied bei den Gesundheitsparametern Pr\u00e4eklampsie, Bluthochdruck, Plazentaanomalien, Fr\u00fchgeburt, Untergewicht, Kaiserschnitt und Schwangerschaftsdiabetes mellitus festgestellt, die mit der Schwangerschaft begannen. Die Seiten erkl\u00e4rten, dass die Trophektoderm-Biopsie des Embryos f\u00fcr die PID eine sichere Methode f\u00fcr die Gesundheit von M\u00fcttern und Neugeborenen ist.<\/p>\n<p>In verschiedenen Ver\u00f6ffentlichungen hat Verpoest darauf hingewiesen, dass PID-Verfahren aus biologischen oder technischen Gr\u00fcnden in 2-12 % der F\u00e4lle wiederholt werden k\u00f6nnen; dabei werden 2.
